Is CoryxKenshin suitable for children?

At the time of writing, it appears that CoryxKenshin hasn’t uploaded any new content in around 11 months.

Overall Rating

CoryxKenshin’s content is aimed at teenagers and older. For that age range it should be fine, plus I reckon his content would be similar to what your teenagers are watching already. For younger kids 10 and under I’d suggest watching a few videos and making your own decision.

I wouldn’t class him as annoying either so parents should be fine to leave your kids to it for the majority of the time. 

Suitability Rating

CoryxKenshin came in as a suggestion from a user of the website. Thanks kind Internet stranger! (There's a suggestion form at the bottom of this page if you want me to review a YouTuber) At first I wasn’t sure if his content would be suitable, however I found myself watching his videos for hours, back to back. From what I’ve watched his content consists of:

• Trying not to laugh at TikTok videos - Which I actually quite enjoyed 
• Playing scary games - mainly jump scare type of games

His content is suitable for older kids. I'd say, 13+ would be my recommendation. Reasons being is that the TikTok videos he reacts to can sometimes contain swearing, which to his credit he mutes, they also contain some adult themes. The games he plays would definitely be scary for younger kids too. By watching his videos I think most parents would agree, it's not aimed at younger kids, but more for teenagers and older.

As a parent I’ve sunk quite a few hours watching his stuff, a lot of which I found funny.

Annoyance Rating

I’m happy to report that CoryxKenshin doesn’t have the dreaded “YouTuber Voice” . He's just a guy chatting away to the camera. There are a few unnecessary edits thrown in here and there, like distorted, loud voice overs, but it’s not enough to put anyone off watching him I feel. He comes across as pretty chill and a funny guy, So I’ve got no problems watching him.

Merchandise

Cory Kenshin does have some merch, however I’ve not seen him plug or advertise it on any of the videos I’ve watched. Maybe he has and I've just not seen those videos. At the time of writing his website cory x kenshin dot com doesn’t work, it just times out. So I’d imagine it’s the usual stuff, such as hoodies and shirts etc. I’ll update this if the site comes back online.
